We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Professional to join our team at Champion Petfoods. Our company is an award-winning pet food crafter with a reputation of trust spanning 35+ years.

About the Role: As a Strategic Human Resources Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth by developing and implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and developing talented employees to meet our business needs;
- Designing and implementing HR programs and policies that promote a positive work culture;
- Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters;
- Analyzing data to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes;
What We Offer: In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced industry;
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
