Business Development Manager for Vehicle Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our vehicle sales team at Xtreme Motors Inc.
About the RoleAs a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
