Field Sales Development Manager for Visual Display Products in Ontario

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Development Manager for Visual Display Products in Ontario. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in business-to-business sales, particularly in the commercial architecture, design, and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, general contractors, educational institutions, hospitals, and office furniture providers across Ontario.
- Sell visual display products through effective cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and product offerings.
- 5-15 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the commercial architecture, design, or construction industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel throughout Ontario.
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus commission. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental coverage, and a generous 401(k) matching program.
This role requires approximately 50% new business development and 50% account management, with overnight travel limited to less than 10% in the first year.
