Job Title: Sales Director - Machine Tool Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our machine tool sales team at Waterford Executive. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Promote company products and services to existing and new customers through technical sales support and demonstrations.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the machine tool industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience.
