The Role

We're seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and cultivate strategic relationships with prospective customers. This role will involve demonstrating and selling our products and services throughout an assigned territory.

As a remote position, you'll be working within the Atlanta or Charlotte regions with occasional travel required.

Your Responsibilities
  1. You will develop and execute a highly effective sales strategy, leveraging your business acumen, consultative skills, and interpersonal prowess to drive revenue growth.
  2. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  3. You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring our sales approach remains innovative and competitive.
  4. You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to build new relationships and expand existing ones, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset, flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, and a self-motivated attitude.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll receive comprehensive benefits, equity, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
