Our solution does not sell body cameras and is manufacturer agnostic, providing an independent choice for government purchasing seeking police performance and audit software.
The RoleWe are hiring a Sales Director to cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with prospective customers. This remote position will be based in Atlanta or Charlotte, with travel required. The ideal candidate will have strong business, consultative, and interpersonal skills to leverage their sales and people abilities.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a highly proficient approach to customer discovery, communication, and the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute individual territory plans to define target accounts based on the best fit for our services and solutions.
- Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
- An exceptional communicator with an ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships.
You are analytical, flexible to change, self-motivated, confident, and possess strong networking and problem-solving skills. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and perspectives.
This is an estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. Truleo offers a competitive compensation package, including equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
