Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead business development and sales efforts in the assigned region, focusing on large accounts and high-value partnerships. This commission-based position requires achieving and exceeding sales quotas, collaborating with end-customers, engaging with OEM's, and utilizing CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in sales, channel, and large account management
  2. Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers
  3. Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems
  4. Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing landscape of the Midwest, including sectors like medical devices, automotive and aerospace components, electronics, electrical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and biotech research
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  6. Proficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essential
