About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase revenue.
    • Manage labor costs, inventory, and expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic security clearance.
