We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DKB Investments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, manage inventory, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop our restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic security clearance and a valid driver's license.
