About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at DKB Investments. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a healthy financial position.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies and products.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained in the restaurant.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Point of sale system, basic security clearance, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work and willingness to relocate for this position.
