About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations, including staff performance, inventory management, and health and safety protocols.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high level of customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
