Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DKB Investments. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, manage inventory, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop our restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic security clearance and a valid driver's license.
