We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at DKB Investments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement effective plans to manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food preparation, and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Point of sale system, basic security clearance, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work and willingness to relocate for this position.
