We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DKB Investments. Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to increase revenue.
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and food safety protocols.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
