About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of financial performance.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of skill and knowledge.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize point of sale systems and other technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
