About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Information Service Representative at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and Preparing Communications Materials

You will be responsible for researching and preparing communications materials to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Addressing Customer Complaints and Concerns

You will work closely with customers to resolve their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Providing Information and Support

You will provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Arranging Billing and Services

You will be responsible for arranging billing and services for our clients, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Explaining Services and Costs

You will explain the type and cost of services offered to our clients, ensuring that they understand their options and make informed decisions.

Maintaining Records and Statistics

You will maintain accurate records and statistics, tracking customer interactions and providing insights to improve our services.

Performing General Office Duties

You will perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Selling Merchandise

You will sell merchandise to our clients, ensuring that they are aware of our products and services.

Maintaining and Managing Digital Databases

You will maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.

Answering Client Inquiries

You will answer client inquiries and provide information, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

You must have knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Quick Books, and Spreadsheet.

Security and Safety

You must have basic security clearance, be bondable, and undergo a criminal record check.

Personal Suitability

You must have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.
