We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Construction company
- Work under pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Tight deadlines: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Repetitive tasks: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Attention to detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
