Our spa is looking for a Full-time and Part-time Spa Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our clients. In this role, you will answer phones, book appointments, and perform other receptionist duties as needed. You will also direct clients to the proper areas upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa and massage services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Must be reliable
- Opening and closing duties
- Answer phones with a smile in your voice
- Book appointments utilizing our digital booking system
- Greet clients and assist them during their visit
- Provide information to clients regarding spa services
- Ensure the spa operations run smoothly
- General service and product knowledge (training provided)
- Ensure clients are content and happy during their stay
- Ability to move around the spa comfortably when not at the front desk

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Relevant experience (1 year preferred in a customer service role)
- Working knowledge of common spa amenities (preferred)
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Strong computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong passion for Health and Wellness
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and alternate weekends

Sanctuary Day Spa is a busy high-end spa located in Waterloo. With locations across Ontario, our reputation as a quality full-service day spa continues to exceed client expectations with our range of in demand body services, facials, hair removal, spa packages, hand and foot care and Registered Massage Therapy.

We are located in the heart of Canada’s Technology Triangle and have continued to be a preferred retreat to the community and surrounding areas of “K-Dub.” Our guests are welcomed into a relaxing atmosphere, which includes 9 treatment rooms, a mani-pedi suite for small groups of spa-goers, and a gift boutique for guests to peruse post treatment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
