- Evaluate and order food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cook meals, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and manage budgets for kitchen operations.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve services.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with kitchen software and technology.
