Overview

Salary

The salary for this position is $172,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can provide strategic guidance and support to our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3+ years' experience in transportation and logistics, with a proven track record in management and leadership roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing resources and allocating budget to achieve business goals
  • Improving employee relations and retention through effective communication and leadership

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and inspire at an executive level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in transportation and logistics in a middle manager position
  • Proven experience in management and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
