We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Tomotachi Sushi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food is served consistently, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated chef to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale kitchen operations, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
