About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including accounting and data entry.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, both virtually and in-person, to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our software.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, and effectively communicate these changes to our customers.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a dealership environment or with PBS Systems is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
