We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will provide expert training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, PBS Systems Inc., that is changing the way people buy and service cars. As a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing virtual and on-site training to customers on our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with data entry and other key tasks
  • Developing an understanding of our software and its applications
  • Traveling to customer sites throughout North America
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
