The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our Dealer Management Software (DMS) and its various modules, including accounting and inventory management.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software to manage their dealership operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to training requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and enhancements, and provide feedback to our development team on areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored support and training to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing education and cross-training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in the automotive industry
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a dealership environment or with a similar software provider is an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
