The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training and Optimization (DTO) department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our DMS software.

Job Responsibilities

  • Software Training and Support
    • Provide virtual training, online, and on-the-phone support to new and existing customers
    • Assist customers with software implementation and training
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our DMS software and its applications
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded
    • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
    • Document and update processes as they change within the department
    • Share knowledge with colleagues within the DTO team
  • Travel and Professional Development
    • Travel to customer sites throughout North America to provide training and support
    • Participate in ongoing education and cross-training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and software advancements

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
    • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Education
    • High School Diploma
