The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual accounting software trainer to join our team. As a DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting, you will play a critical role in providing support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Your expertise will enable our customers to maximize the benefits of our software, driving business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software, including data entry and other key tasks.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software.
  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, processes, and procedures to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
