The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Software Trainer to join our team in Milton, Ontario. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software.
  • Provide expert support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and enhancements, and effectively communicate these changes to our customers.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, both online and on-site, to ensure customers are fully utilizing our software.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing education and cross-training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of dealership management software and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 2 weeks per month, within Canada and the USA.
  • Valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and valid full-class driver's license required.
