Bilingual Trainer for Accounting Software Solutions - DTO Overview

The Role

As a Bilingual Trainer for Accounting Software Solutions (DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting), you will play a pivotal role in delivering training and support to both new and existing clients utilizing our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing virtual training sessions to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our software effectively.
  • Conducting onsite training as necessary, facilitating smooth software installations.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the PBS software and its functionalities.
  • Assisting clients with data entry and other essential tasks related to the software.
  • Prioritizing and managing tasks independently, demonstrating initiative in learning new products.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Documenting and escalating any issues that arise during training sessions.
  • Contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment.
  • A High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to travel within Canada and the USA as required.
