Position Title: Sales Territory Manager
Duration: Permanent
At Flexstaf IT, we are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Manager to drive sales growth in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and new clients.
- Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
- Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
- Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.
Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
- Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a sales role.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferably an engineering background or technical understanding.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Energetic and results-oriented, with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license required.
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
