Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager at Marketers on Demand, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by qualifying leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct thoughtful consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Utilize consistent and effective follow-up strategies to move leads through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Clients Portfolio Growth: Develop, retain, and grow client portfolios by delivering various sales goals and providing a positive client experience.
  • CRM Documentation: Document all opportunities and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Employ active listening skills to discover client needs and develop comprehensive plans to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Development Manager, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Success: A minimum of 3+ years of proven sales success, with a track record of turning leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Client-Focused Experience: 3+ years of client-focused experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, with a strong understanding of client needs and service excellence.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and urgency.
  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: The ability to make sound, thoughtful decisions that align with long-term goals and strategic vision.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A valid driver's license is required.
