About the Role

As a Chief Growth Officer at Sales Talent Agency, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our client's marketing strategy. This includes building out and leading the product marketing strategy, as well as overseeing demand generation efforts.

We are seeking an experienced B2B SaaS professional with a proven track record of success in building and managing marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand planning processes and be able to build and manage forecasts on a standardized cadence.

The successful candidate will be a revenue-centric marketing leader who is excited to partner with sales teams to drive business growth. Additionally, they will have experience working with product development teams to ensure successful product launches and achieve maximum market potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND LEAD PRODUCT MARKETING STRATEGY
  • OVERSEE DEMAND GENERATION EFFORTS
  • BUILD AND MANAGE FORECASTS ON A STANDARDIZED CADENCE

What We Offer:
$200,000 base salary + bonus = $250,000 OTE + Equity
