**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Client Relationship Management:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, effectively managing accounts, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for presentation to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market demands.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Expected hours: 35-60 hours per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's license - G Class (required)
- CPR Certification - level C (preferred)

Work Location: On the road, remote, office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
