We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Gatineau.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 per year, along with benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, maintain filing systems, and manage office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, utilizing MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably with proficiency in MS Office.
