Global B2B Marketing Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Global B2B Marketing Transformation Leader to join our team at Lenovo. This role will play a pivotal part in driving marketing transformation and execution across the Worldwide and Geo Marketing organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and align marketing campaigns globally across different B2B segments, ensuring relevance in emerging trends such as AI and digital transformation.
- Partner with corporate strategy and brand teams to craft marketing messages tailored to each B2B segment, ensuring resonance with specific industry needs and positioning Lenovo's full technology portfolio effectively.
- Lead and streamline the execution of cohesive marketing initiatives through digital marketing, content marketing, campaigns, events, and webinars, ensuring consistent messaging across all regions.
- Develop and maintain a unified brand voice and positioning for B2B audiences, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, platforms, and channels to build brand equity.
- Sales Enablement and Support: Work closely with sales teams and the Sales Enablement Academy to create and refine sales materials, including presentations, scripts, AI playbooks, and ROI calculators that drive conversions and accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of demonstrated B2B Marketing experience and success.
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure market, software, cloud, or AI markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing best practices, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics365).
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
