Global Marketing Transformation Leader for B2B Sales

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse with a revenue of over $57 billion, is seeking a highly skilled individual to drive marketing transformation and execution across its International Sales Organization (ISO) and Worldwide and Geo Marketing teams. As the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful sales enablement and acquiring, nurturing, and retaining B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and align integrated B2B marketing campaigns globally across different segments, ensuring relevance in emerging trends such as AI and digital transformation.
- Partner with corporate strategy and brand teams to craft marketing messages tailored to each B2B segment, ensuring resonance with specific industry needs and positioning Lenovo's full technology portfolio effectively.
- Lead and streamline the execution of cohesive marketing initiatives through digital marketing, content marketing, campaigns, events, and webinars, ensuring consistent messaging across all regions.
- Develop and maintain a unified brand voice and positioning for B2B audiences, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, platforms, and channels to build brand equity.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of demonstrated B2B Marketing experience and success.
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure market, software, cloud, or AI markets.
- A competitive salary estimated at $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
