Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director to drive our business forward in North America.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance business operations, identify growth opportunities, and increase market share.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the organization's mission and vision
  • Research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate on strategic planning, goal setting, resource allocation, and implementation
  • Establish performance metrics to measure strategic goals
  • Monitor and report on progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related field
  • 10+ years in the hardware, services, and software market
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of NA market research and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
What We Offer

An estimated base salary range of $200,000-$225,000. Additionally, individuals may be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
