About the Role

Foson Stone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Team Members

Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and Schedule Activities

Plan and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Recruit, select, and hire new team members to join our customer service team, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in the role.

Train and Develop Team Members

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help team members improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to handle complex customer inquiries.

Estimate Costs and Materials

Assess and estimate the costs associated with customer service operations, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making the most of our resources.

Ensure Health and Safety Regulations

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.

Read Blueprints and Drawings

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that customer service operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requisition and Order Materials

Procure and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support customer service operations.

Lead and Instruct Individuals

Lead and instruct team members on best practices and procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to handle complex customer inquiries.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence

A valid driver's licence is required for this role.

Work Term: Permanent

This is a permanent full-time position.

Work Language: English

Fluency in English is required for this role.

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

This role requires a flexible work schedule, with the ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
