About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 customer support specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Reporting and Performance Management: Prepare and submit reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
