We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of customer service materials and resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a convenient location, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
