Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Our customer service team operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals.
