- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
- Ensure accurate and efficient communication with customers and team members.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer service delivery and team performance.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
