Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to be a vital part of our Demand Generation team.

Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Manager of Demand Generation and is pivotal in executing customer marketing initiatives aimed at driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, re-engaging our existing customer base, and minimizing churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage customer marketing campaigns that capitalize on upsell and cross-sell potential within our current customer and user base.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on customer marketing strategies.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to execute effective campaigns.
  • Implement customer Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies focused on generating enterprise-level customer pipelines.
  • Plan and facilitate customer roundtable discussions to share insights and product updates.
  • Work with the product marketing team to effectively communicate significant product updates to our user and customer base.
  • Oversee all user and customer email nurturing programs, optimizing them to enhance pipeline generation, reduce churn, and boost customer re-engagement.
  • Create a comprehensive library of customer case studies and success stories for use by sales and marketing teams.
  • Host webinars and virtual community events centered around key feature updates and relevant topics for our customers.
  • Develop educational content to enhance product adoption among our customer base.
  • Analyze customer pipeline metrics and assess the impact of customer marketing initiatives, sharing insights with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative environments, with significant experience working alongside sales teams.
  • Experience in both product-led and sales-led business models.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with sales, digital marketing, and growth marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability to change and a desire for continuous learning in the demand generation and customer marketing space.
