* Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth in the waterproofing and civil engineering sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
* Deliver technical presentations and attend industry conferences to promote the company’s products
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
* Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

* 3+ years of experience in sales of technical products
* Engineering bachelor’s degree (civil engineering is an asset)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
* Experience selling into sectors such as mining, irrigation, landfill, and hydroelectric
* Ability to work in a hybrid role with one day of remote work per week
