Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our business operations in the Greater Montreal Area (GMA). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving business goals, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional operational plans to ensure ComNet's strategic objectives are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to deliver high-quality services and achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Management Team to deliver organisational objectives and engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, and facilitate ISO Quality Management accreditation.
  • Develop and implement a responsive stakeholder engagement strategy at a regional level.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in project management, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience at a leadership level managing multi-disciplinary services across geographically diverse locations.
  • Strong working knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks, and excellent skills in assessing risk at both organisational and individual levels.
  • Business acumen, with knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting businesses and organisations.
