Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Job DescriptionThe Territory Account Manager will play a key role in promoting Kohl & Frisch's programs to independent retail pharmacies in Quebec, with a focus on increasing market share. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing business with ongoing customers by creating and managing strong relationships
- Recruit new independent pharmacies/customers and provide regular update reporting on lead progression
- Identify opportunities for existing customers to maximize purchases and increase profitability
- Provide account management and facilitate issue resolution through collaboration with internal departments
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth goals
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and maximize customer relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of related experience in sales and account management, preferably in the generic pharmaceuticals or wholesale services industry
- Completion of an undergraduate university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong business/financial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interpret industry trends and develop strategies to respond to changes in the marketplace
