As a key member of our ScotiaMcLeod team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the success of our Wealth Advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective client administration, including managing all administrative processes and escalations requiring investigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and client service.
  • Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and effect transactions in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Support the growth of the business by tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to review targets, recommendations, and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with various departmental and business line contacts to build effective working relationships and share knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in the securities industry.
  • Already duly registered as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
