Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Fitness Sales Associate to join our Member Experience team at Movati Athletic. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and matching new members with our club products and services that meet their unique needs and goals. You will also deliver exceptional customer service to current members, maintain regular contact, and ensure they feel welcomed and supported in achieving their health and fitness objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Match new members with our club products and services that meet their needs and goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current members
  • Maintain regular contact with members to retain, motivate, and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals
  • Manage and resolve member concerns and ensure they feel welcomed and supported

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset
  • 1+ years related sales and customer service experience are required
  • Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing, and administration are a strongly preferred
