Administrative Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Administrative Leader to oversee the enrollment management function at Algonquin College. This role will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing the college's registration services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of student records, financial aid, and program/course records management.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, people management, and budget management with large budgets. They will be able to interpret and administer academic and administrative policy in an equitable and consistent manner while considering precedence and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the College Leadership Team, Executive Team, cross-college committees, and the Students' Association to ensure alignment on enrollment strategies and initiatives.
- Provide regular detailed presentations to the College Leadership Team, Executive Team, Board of Governors, and the Students' Association.
- Ensure equity and consistency in the administration of provincial and college administrative and academic policies.
- Oversee the effective and efficient administration of Financial Aid and Student Awards operations and services.
- Direct and facilitate the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and processes.
- Lead the application of continuous improvement principles to work processes within the Registrar's Office.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish enrollment and service targets, processes, and growth and retention strategies.

What We Offer:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $146,373.00-$195,162.00 annually, paid at Payband 15. The vacancy is P00337, and this position may be eligible for hybrid work in conjunction with the Flexible Work Arrangement Policy.
