Job Summary

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate. This role will provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and Advisor team, helping to deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and efficient management of account administration and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and time-efficient manner, providing proactive client service and resolving issues in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, leveraging your passion for planning to coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and other necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
  • Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.

  • Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
