Overview

The Association of Canadian Financial Officers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
